1) Board work by Trainee:

In this, the individual trainee has to give the presentation or the work he has done on the board. With this we try to remove the fear of addressing the audience from the trainee.

2) Spoken English Training:

English has become most compulsory in the industries. So the trainees along with the regular training are also given the training of learning and speaking English. This helps them to increase their vocabulary.

3) Industry visits with new concept

Faculty makes a visit. Understands: the product, the processes, and the plant equipment.
Faculty explains the above to the students.
Faculty with Students makes a visit, get detailed information and get their queries addressed.
Selected students give a presentation. Industry members attend the presentation. Students handle Questions-Answers session.
Students gain knowledge on products, processes, machinery as well as improve their ability to communicate their knowledge to others.

4) Disciplenery Training :

Two Persons, Guest Lecturers (Ex. Serviceman) have been apointed for giving Disciplenery behaviour training to trainees.
